Service Agreement & Rates
Our private pay rates are congruent with industry standards, and for all insured participants, our rates reflect insurance contracted reimbursement rates. Private pay and insurance reimbursement rates may differ and vary based on service type, clinical necessity, and treatment duration.
Payments are collected through a HIPAA-compliant payment processing software called Simple Practice.
Copays are due at each session, and invoices are posted to the account within 24-48 hours of service being provided. Participants are responsible for contacting their insurance provider to verify eligibility and benefits for behavioral health services. It is the responsibility of individual(s) seeking care to know their copay, co-insurance, and deductible costs. As well as when the deductible resets. While we do our best to estimate, the best and most accurate path is for the member to contact their insurance.
Superbills are available upon request and are accessible through client portal in Simple Practice.
We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and HSA (Health Savings Accounts) for payment.
Cancellation Policy
All appointments require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as no-shows, are charged the full session fee. These fees are not covered by insurance, and you are responsible for upholding your financial agreement and commitment to seeing professional mental health services.

We understand that emergencies happen. However, we deeply value and respect everyone’s time—including that of our clinicians, who reserve dedicated time to support you. Without timely notice, that time cannot be recovered and may prevent others from accessing care. We kindly ask that you honor this shared commitment or cancel in a timely manner.

Insurance Accepted
We require that you contact your insurance provider to verify coverage prior to the first appointment. While we will try to work to answer questions about individual coverage, we do not have access to your individual and family plans.
Therefore, it is important that you do the necessary research by calling member services to ask about behavioral health coverage.

We accept and are in network with the following insurance companies:
-
Aetna
-
BCBS (Most Plans)
-
Tufts Commercial
-
Tufts Public / MGB Public & Private Plans
-
Optum / United Behavioral Health (UBH)
-
Harvard Pilgrim/ Point32Health
Session Rates
Rates below represent private pay & can be used for out-of-network reimbursement
We operate following the ethical and legal requirements related to contracted insurance rates.
This means that if you have insurance and we are in-network, your cost will reflect your portion of the responsibility, such as the copay, co-insurance, or the deductible.
There are times when insurances deny, rejects, or does not pay for services provided, we will resubmit an appeal. If an appeal is denied, you will be responsible for the session cost incurred for your treatment.

These rates reflect industry standards and are most applicable to private pay.
