About

Kyle Quadros, M.Ed
Kyle is a pre-licensed, master’s level practitioner who began his professional journey in education, earning his Master’s degree in Education from Arizona State University in 2011. By 2013, he became one of the youngest school principals in Rhode Island. With over two decades of experience at the intersection of education and mental health, Kyle now brings his passion and lived expertise to the field of clinical mental health counseling.
Kyle joins Berin Psych Inc. with a wealth of insight shaped by years of leadership, mentorship, and community engagement. His background informs not only the therapeutic work he does, but also contributes to a broader mission: pushing beyond traditional treatment models to foster deeper understanding of human behavior and sustainable change.
He has extensive experience working with children and adolescents—supporting emotional, cognitive, and developmental needs across a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, substance use, and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Kyle is also passionate about working with adults and couples to explore interpersonal dynamics and find practical, values-based solutions through collaborative problem solving. He approaches therapy as a shared process that honors each person’s strengths while helping them develop skills for healthier relationships and more fulfilling lives.
Kyle’s ideal clients are those who are ready to take emotional risks, explore uncomfortable truths, and break free from cycles of self-sabotage. He has a special interest in working with individuals and families who seek a deeper understanding of themselves and their relationships, even when fear or uncertainty is present.
Clients working with Kyle can expect a warm, grounded, and collaborative space—one that also encourages accountability, curiosity, and growth. He supports individuals in building resilience, expanding self-awareness, and making intentional choices, always working at a pace that respects each client’s unique readiness for change.
