Location and Entrance Directions

Berin Psych has two locations to service our clients. Our main office in Blackstone, MA and a satellite office in Seekonk, MA.

Our main office in Blackstone, MA has three exterior entrances. Please proceed to the waiting room and follow the directions on the iPad to notify your clinician of your arrival.

Please check below for your clinician’s name and follow the directions to the correct entrance.

Suites 101A, 101D, 202, 301, 302 and 303 can all be accessed via the Main entrance and the entrance up the ramp on the right side of the building.
Suite 101B and 101C can only be accessed via the door on the right side of the building with a key pad

Main Entrance

St. Paul Street (Porch and Mailboxes)

Use this entrance if you are going to:

The Waiting Room for Suites 101A, 101D, 202, 301, 302 and 303

How to recognize it:

Entrance faces St. Paul Street
Features a porch with steps leading to the front door & mailboxes are to the left of the entrance
This is our main entrance (it is often mistaken for the back of the building)

Main Entrance and Side Entrance

Main Street

Use this entrance if you are going to suite:

The Waiting Room for Suites 101A, 101D, 202, 301, 302 and 303

How to recognize it:

Main Entrance faces St. Paul St
The side entrance is off the ramp (door on your left). Suite 101Aa is the first office with accompanying chairs for waiting.
Suite 202. Entrance is around the bend (on the right). The door facing the stairs is an emergency exit only.
Suites 301 to 303 are on the third floor.

Side Ramp Entrance

(door to your left) leads to suites:
101A 101D, 202, and 301, 302 to 303

Use this entrance if you are going to suite:

The Waiting Room for Suites 101A, 101D, 202, 301, 302 and 303

How to recognize it:

Entrance is located on either the front of the building or the side of the building
Handicap accessible ramp leads directly to entrance door (to your left)
Please proceed to the waiting room in Suite 202 and use the iPad to notify your clinician of your arrival.

Facing Main Street/Pizza restaurant

Use this entrance if you are going to suite:

Suite 101B or 101C

How to recognize it:

Faces Main Street
Has a keypad for entry
Leads only to Suite 101B and 101C (Once you’re in the building)
Note: This entrance does not provide access to other offices or the waiting room.
